A typical home inspection will take approximatly 3 hrs on the standard size Home(1500 - 2000 square feet......... I begin the inspection on the outside of the home. Driveway, sidewalks, Fences, gates, drainage, landscape, retaining walls, patio slabs & covers , porches, exterior stairs. chimneys, sprinkler systems, pools, spas, air conditioners etc. Structure material ; frame / masonry, stucco or wood siding, eaves, fascia, gutters, Roof and components, chimney caps, etc. The garage interior (detached or connected), doors, firecode doors & walls, electrical, lighting and ventilation, openers if any, garage door and floor etc. Electrical system, plumbing system, heating and air conditioning system, Drain system etc. Doors, windows, walls, flooring, lights, Baths , kitchens, appliances, mold etc.
I will supply a written report and or a E-file (PDF) with photos on request.
